In the rural areas it is seen that some people use to steal the writing of other writer due to the lack of good communication and publishing facilities. There may be a good number of writers in the rural areas, but because of the lack of the inspirative sources they can not continue their writing. As a result they are kept unseen and unknown for other people.

They have to be inspired in an effective way, so that one day must show their power of creation. It is seen that most of the writers are centered in the cities, but the important thing should be taken into consideration that all people can not halt or stay in the towns or cities. An article may have impact in the life of some one reader that his pattern and philosophy of life may totally be changed.
