Writing negative articles is not bad.
People are always telling me that my writings are “too negative.” Reality and truth often IS negative. I don’t put a band aid on what needs to be said.
Books are written about Slavery, the holocaust, mass murders, wars, and all sorts of grusome topics. Does that make them “negative?” Everything is not always positive. We have to sweep up the dirt, before we can clean up the situation. As long as we cover up the truth with, sugar coating lies, deceptions and positive wishes, we can never face up to solutions.
Don’t think about it, and it will go away, and don’t get involved, are things that do not change the situation. It only gets buried under denial and guilt. The truth hurts, but it also opens doors to justice and evil being exposed. No one wants to hear negative truths, but they are reality. Some times they need to be heard.

I agree! Try to do more on positive subjects, then when you write on a subject which is compelling, your viewers will stand up with much better feedback..

I’ve had people tell me that my writing is too negative at times too, but writing out my thoughts helps me to deal with problems that I’m facing.

Sounds so familiar! I also had issues with negativism, sarcasm, etc. I am an optimist but I certainly think realism is the best policy – when things are negative, how can I write they are all glory?!
