This article is about articles that ask questions in addition to informing or teaching.
You may think this article is different than what it really is by the title. I’m not writing about writing articles that are “questionable” the way your probably thinking. I’m writing this article about writing articles that ask questions.
Most articles write and they “state things.” Some articles ask questions – and they even do so in the title.
I’ve written a few articles and put questions in them. I don’t know if people like reading articles that get the readers involved by asking questions – or if they don’t like them.
I’ll ask you now – are articles with questions a “no-no” or are they a good thing?
A mix is probably the best thing – some articles will be written as questions (to make the reader think outside the box?) Some articles get written to teach – or to inform.
I’m using Triond to get better at writing – and I’ve been trying a little bit of this, and a little bit of that. Rather than write in just one style I write many different styles, so I can be more well rounded as a writer.
I do write questions in my articles (not all of my articles – but some of them). I think in many cases it can be a good thing, though surely there are people that disagree.
I’d like to hear your opinion on the matter.
There are a lot of self development bloggers who ask their readers questions – and some of the ones who ask a lot of questions of their readers seem to be doing quite well. Just FYI.
