Writing Properly: It is Important!

In this article I will tell you about writing properly.

Introduction

Most people today just write using no caps, incorrect punctuation and lots of spelling errors.

Today, this is how people normally type.

I am different though. I use proper punctuation, not just for my school projects, I use it on MSN, Facebook and every other online site. People that use punctuation on online sites are more likely to improve from it. It is okay to not wrote properly on Windows Live Messenger (MSN) and other sites like Facebook but it is not okay to write poorly on websites (picture above) and use bad spelling on signs.

Tips to Improve Your Puctuation

  • Use capital letters. This is important and should be used when writing online.
  • Use full stops.
  • Use correct spelling, especially when writing an email to a website. There is nothing more annoying than receiving a formal email with spelling errors.
  • Be consistent. Don’t write properly for a few sentences and then start making mistakes.
  • Don’t use bad writing pasterns. Dont WrItE lIKe tHIs…..It is very annoying.

Conclusion

It is important to write properly. Even though it is online, it will help you in the future. By writing properly online you are increasing your writing skills that will help you get a job. If you already have a job, it will help make your job easier in almost 80% + of all jobs.

This is a very well written article. But while you speak of writing properly, you have not completely done so yourself. You wrote, “It is okay to not wrote properly on Windows Live Messenger.” What is wrong with this statement?
