Writing Heals

Do you feel pain, joy, sadness? Express yourself through writing. It heals!

  Writing is a creative way to express yourself.  You can find your innermost deepest feelings, and express them better in writing.  When you write it helps you to take the time out and extensively search for the way you really feel.  When in pain, you can speak to yourself through your writing.  Its not the same as verbally speaking to someone else, waiting for their response,  but healing yourself as if in third person, seeking your own response from your spirit.  Writing will help you to ease pain, express joy, and perceive life from a different aspect.
