Writing as an Effective Outlet

How many people who are depressive and doesn’t know how to express what they feel? They neglected the power of writing as a tool of expressing how well or bad they feel.

There are plenty of times that we feel unheard by important people in our lives and we end up searching for ways to show or let them know how we feel. There children who gets expelled at school to inform their parents how unhappy they are with the attention they give. While there are children who put their anger and frustrations through writing of poems, essays and stories. Some of these writers end up with low self-esteem but very good writers and some of these become famous novelists or journalists.

Writing isn’t just a hobby but it can be your best friend. There are people who cannot speak out what they feel but can write very beautiful masterpieces. It’s like putting into those words the dreams that they cannot do in actual life. If done correctly, writing something can help you ease the pain and can even manipulate or help other people as well.

The best way to write something is just write anything you want while the emotions are running and then edit or proofread later. Sometimes our emotions can create certain creativity that turns to art.
