Hopefully these tips will help….They help me….
1. Belive in youself.
2. Sit back and clear your mind.
3. Clean or exercise for 30-40 min.
4. Start a notebook of rhyming words, feelings, and/or emotions.
5. read a book or magazine.
6. Spend some time with family or friends,
7. Write down short phrases of anything that pops in you mind.
8. Read something you normally wouldn’t read.
9. Concentrate on nothing.
10. Paint or draw a picture.
