Why Do I Still Write for Triond?
My Triond page views have dropped drastically since the last few months. So as my Triond earnings. I think most of the Triond writers are facing these problems like me. There is unfortunately no sign of any improvement either. So, why do I still write for Triond? Please keep reading…
Why do we write for writing sites? There could be only two possible reasons for us writing for writing sites like Triond. As you all know, we write for recognition and money. Triond’s top writers were making a few hundred dollars per month before the Google panda updates. Now even those top writers may find it difficult to make even a hundred dollars per month. Most Triond writers have lost their Google ad sense accounts too. Long story short, today we neither get recognition nor reasonable monetary rewards here.
Triond and Experts Column: I always republish my Triond articles at Experts Column. I have not even published a single new article over there yet. Nevertheless all my republished articles at Experts Column rank much higher with Google than my original Triond articles. This itself clearly indicates how cheaply Triond is rated by the Internet God Google. That’s why you and I are making pennies instead of dollars these days. My 100 plus republished articles on Experts Column are getting 200 to 700 views per day, while my 400 articles on Triond are only getting only 100 to 300 views per day.
Why did Google rate Triond so low? There are several reasons for it. Triond published content violating Google policies. It published too many adult content that ruined its reputation with Google. Spam comments also did some damage to Triond’s status with Google.
What should Triond do? Nothing seems to go Triond’s way today. Triond surprisingly does not appear to bother about its fall. Even if Triond wakes up revamps the site now, it will take at least a year to get good rankings with Google. Most Trionders are very unhappy with Triond’s Hot Content and popular content algorithm. Will Triond take action?
Why do I continue writing for Triond? Many Triond writers stopped posting here. Some are posting articles less frequently these days. I used to write 5 to 10 articles per week before. Now I write one article per week here on Triond. Though my earnings are low here on Triond, I still continue to write here. The reason is, I love Triond for the freedom it gives to its members. Triond community is so loving and supportive.
Summary: Triond’s traffic and earnings have gone down drastically. There are several unsolved issues here. Yet I love writing for Triond and will continue writing for it for ever. I will be happy if you could comment with the details of your page views per day and the number of articles you have posted on Triond. Thanks for reading.

I hate to tell you this, but re-posting articles helps lower the standards of sites too. Original content gets ranked higher because search engines place a lower value on duplicated content. If you really want to boost your views up you need to get out of that re-posting habit. Also even if you spin your articles you’re going to hurt yourself with the Google Penguin update that just happened.

I agree with your point PHILLY DREAMER. But as of now, Google rates Experts column so high. Experts never violate Google policies. That’s why Google values it even though it republishes Triond articles.

Well, i have 140 articles as of right now, i generate anywhere from 200 to 400 views a day. I try to put at least 2 articles on a day, I am very active in the Triond community and my health articles generate from google. the freedom on Triond is fantastic but also a downfall, the bad content and spam content is numerous. I think the triond community is what i love the best, the culture of it.

I was not generating a lot of daily views when the Google changes started but I could tell there was a drastic drop in even those few views. And yet, I keep coming back.

Yes that’s the only consolation we get from Triond..the great people her , th support and friendship , forget about the monetary aspect because i guess beggars got more income than our write ups in Triond.

Triond is convenient and easy going. Most of my views here are from within Triond – friends I have made. Don’t expect much money now so not disappointed. Well written my friend.
