If you are not a specialist of writing, it is better for you not to write whatever you like. Instead, you should write something that is suitable fore you. If you enjoying telling the others your experiences, you can choose narrative writing. If you love observing things around you, why don’t you choose descriptive writings. If you love proposing ideas, you can try persuasive writings.
Writing plays an important role in our life. You may have composition writing at schools and you have to write reports in company and university. In short term, you may not be able to get a high grade in examinations or your homework. In long term, you may not be able to improve your writing skills.
Writing can be interesting and easy but it depends on you. In fact, there are a few types of writing for you to choose. And here are the 3 ones that I want to share with you:
1. Narrative Writings
For most of us, narrative writing is the easiest one among all them. It is used to describe your personal experiences or it can be real experience and with some unreal situations. There are no proper topics for narrative writings and they are not fixed. But you are reminded to have the following six W: What, Where, When, How, Why, Who. If you miss out anyone of them, your composition becomes incomplete and makes your readers bored. Moreover, since they are simple and easy, it is the best for you to include you personal point of view. In another word, your composition should bring out an idea which can inspire the readers. The ideas can be hot topics, a lesson, a moral, etc. Since you have to tell your readers when your story or experience happened. Therefore, tense will be an important part of your writing.
2. Descriptive Writings
Descriptive writing is another kind of writing. I would suggest the things you describe are real and similar to the life of the local people. If you describe something that nobody has experienced, your writing will become bored. In addition, things you describe should be detail enough. Even if they are not easily sensed by common people, you have to jot them down. Not only does this kind of writing is used to describe things, but also it is used to express your opinion. By using describing things, you are required to reflect your opinion. For example, you are told to describe flowers. After describing flowers, then you put a full stop. Your composition is utterly unacceptable. On the contrary, you should write your reflection on flowers. It can be good, it can be bad, just depends on you. But the ratio between them should be appropriate.
3. Persuasive Writings
It is a good choice for you to choose persuasive writing if you don’t like something unreal or imaginary. Persuasive writings like debating. You should give some strong and rigid ideas to show your point of view is correct. You should not force yourself on the side you like, but you should choose the side that you have the most information you can provide. In fact, 3-4 points is enough. And you are reminded that other than providing information on the side you support, you have to provide the information in the opposite side to show your point of view is lot better than the opposite one. Last, every of your words and phrase should be strong and you should have the enthusiastic to persuade them that my idea is better than your idea.
Other than the types of writing I have provided above, there are a lot more than that. It can be story writing; it can be a letter or email writing. Try new things is not wrong, but it should appropriate. It is worthless for you to choose the types of writing that is strange to you in examinations, but you are required to show something that you are familiar with it. Therefore, choosing a suitable type of writing is your major concern. If you can handle them, the next concern is how stylish you can write a good composition!

I find that I can easily merge myself into any of these styles because I am still young and learning but a lot of authors prefer picking their styles. A good article…
