Well Paid Writing Jobs

Well paid writing jobs.  The first thing to accept is that when you work for sites such as Triond or Helium you are going to earn very little and  you are not a professional writer. I have lost count of the amount of people who  have contacted me and think that because they have submitted some articles (usually boring or badly written) to a site they are not a professional.  You are professional when you earn enough to live on.  Earning a cent here and there does not make you a professional.     I am a professional writer, I have done very well from writing.  Yet I am not particularly great at spelling and grammar, so how do I do it? Simple. I write about the things that matter to people and I write information. You will never get well known or earn much from writing stories, poems or opinions, we call this vanity writing. Nobody else – especially those who have never met you – are at all interested in your poems, stories or opinions, they are worthless. You  just do it because it makes you feel important.

The people who earn a lot of money from writing – enough to live on – know they have to write about what matters to others and what people read despite the fact they have never heard of you before. They do not care what your name is or how old you are if what you say is of value. Poems and stories are of  no value unless you are Stephen King or Dean Koontz. Why would anybody bother to go online and search for stories by unknown people who are not good enough to get published when they can read those instead?

My forte is writing about relationships, people, psychology, life, decision making etc. It is what I am good at.

Many people would be good at that too if they gave it a try. The trick is that when you write about those things you become an expert.  Either an advice columnist, a relationship expert or a life coach, instead of a two bit writer. This means you are more popular and earn more straight away! Think of a subject you know a lot about and you  have it cracked. You can even write articles with spelling mistakes and bad grammar if you are knowledgeable.

I know a lady who writes as a relationship advisor for a well known and busy site, they are still seeking staff to work for them. They pay $100 per hour to their writers.
