We Won The War on Paypal

This week us the common people proved that are opinion matters to the big cats. Paypal recently declared it would no longer be accepting payments for erotica containing Rape or incest. This would have lead to a lot of writers losing a good income, perhaps even their only income.

But thanks to everyone coming together and supporting the right against this outrage Paypal have reversed the decision and erotic authors are free to write their stories the way they want without fear of how and where they are going to sell it.

I read a lot of erotica from smashwords authors and I was completely devastated when I learned Smashwords had no choice but to take them down because paypal were stamping their feet and complaining about certain aspects in erotic novels.

I myself was in the middle of writing a horror erotica that contained rape and violence and I was considering rewriting it because Paypal changed their policy, but now thanks to everyone fighting for their rights I am free to write whatever I want.

Just because you don’t like something or agree with it don’t mean its wrong or make you a bad person. its about freedom of expression and as long as you’re not hurting anyone there is nothing wrong with it.
