I’m going to do my best to answer some common questions and give further insights applicable to seasoned and newbie writers, and please, keep the questions coming. I’ve learned so much from writing at Triond that, if you haven’t already noticed, I feel passionately compelled to share this knowledge with as many people as possible, because truly, this site has completely changed my life and visions for the future.

I’m constantly gaining new article ideas thanks to the continual questions I receive from fellow Triond writers, especially now that I’m in touch with more referrals recently.
Their concerns make me think about some of the questions I had when I first started writing for Triond. Question like: Does this site really work? What can I publish? Will it be like all the others? How can I possibly make money off my writing? Will people read my work? Will their comments be kind? And so forth.
Let me assure you, especially if you’re new these questions are completely normal and that taking the step to put your heart on paper is a courageous act that you need to applaud yourself for. You’re paving the way and acting as a role model to millions of people who will eventually read and be inspired enough to finally take the leap into pursuing hidden dreams and passions through this Triond’s remarkable platform.
I’m going to do my best to answer these common questions and give further insights applicable to seasoned and newbie writers, and please, keep the questions coming. I’ve learned so much from writing at Triond that, if you haven’t already noticed, I feel passionately compelled to share this knowledge with as many people as possible, because truly, this site has completely changed my life and my visions for the future.
I KNOW through Triond, I will not only be able to continue publishing my writing, I’ll be able to enjoy financial freedom in the near future. I feel the wave of reaching all my goals and dreams rushing my way and I’m finally prepared for it. And, as a demonstration of my endless gratitude to this site, I write these articles because I know all of you can catch and ride this wave as far and wide as you have ever dreamed of doing, you just have to believe.
Does this site really work?
I assure you 210% that Triond is a legitimate online writing, art, photography, etc. platform. I’ve been writing since 11/06 and have been paid via paypal every time and now due to the 11/10 integration of Google Adsense through this website as well.
If you have ever doubted the efficacy of this admirable site, email me, leave a comment and I will go so far as to send you pictures of my bank statement showing the transfer of funds into my account. I stand behind Triond with all my heart and actively defend it against any who would speak otherwise about it. This is my name and reputation I put on the line as well so I take this seriously, as you can see.
What can I publish?
You can publish everything from poetry, short stories, articles, reviews, recipes, pictures (photography, drawings and paintings), and even music!
So, take time to explore your heart and mind.
Maybe there’s a hidden painter behind the poet in you? Maybe it’s time to pick up your camera and take it with you on a hiking, camping, or walking excursion? Purchase a pad of paper and keep it in your purse or back pocket so that you can jot down every interesting, creatively inspirational thought you have. Carry a tape recorder and sing the melodies percolating in your mind.
Will it be like all the others? Will people read my work? Will their comments be kind?
As I expressed in my last article, Triond: What Truly Sets it Apart From the Other Online Writing Sites, Triond is unlike any other writing site on the internet. Somehow it continues to attract only the most supportive, caring artists from all corners of the world. We almost seem to drive away those that are using Triond for other reasons. Spammers quickly realize they will not get anywhere on Triond fast by leaving links on other writers’ articles, negative comments are quickly deleted, ignored or fiercely shunned by our exceptionally protective family community.
You will succeed at Triond if you remember what friendship is truly about.
You would not ask a complete stranger to do something for you without giving anything in return. You would not ask a new friend to suddenly drop their world and read everything you’ve ever written. Of course not, so why would anyone ask such a thing of someone they’ve never even met in person? But, you can become someone’s genuine friend on Triond by reading what truly interests you, sharing your feelings about it in the comments and moving on if you have nothing positive to say about a person’s work.
It’s as simple as that.
Additionally, once you begin to leave comments for other people, (think it like leaving “the gift of your time, interest, support, validation” – fill in your perfect word) you will suddenly start to see the comments flooding into your work. But, you must always give to others before you can receive. You must always give expecting nothing in return. Only hoping others will love and receive your work in the manner you hope it to be received. It’s a gift and a blessing to think that people take time out of their day to read your work; that your words can and will change the lives of countless people.
How can I possibly make money off my writing?

I did not remember correctly. In previous articles, I’ve been saying that within my first month at Triond I earned .01 cents. When I looked it up today… as you can see, I earned $1.16! To me, at the time, this was a HUGE accomplishment.
Unlike some of the brave souls who have immediately started their first writing attempts on Triond, previously, because I was afraid that my work wasn’t good enough to earn money, I was publishing my work on Writer’s Café a writing platform where you can publish your writing for free. Your reward is the recognition of having other writers read and leave comments for your work. I stayed with that site until enough writers I thought were beyond talented consistently left comments saying my work was good, exceptional, etc. Suddenly, I thought, maybe, just maybe I can start to earn money from my efforts.
Now……….. it’s important to realize, it wasn’t until 8/07 that I broke into two-digit earnings.
(Now, I know there are many Triond writers who’ve made much more than me more rapidly and vice versa, but realize that when others are making more than you, that is just further proof that you can and will also!)
I was writing for a full 10 months before I was making over $9’s a month! During that time I learned a great deal about myself, what sort of work was viewed the most, etc. Now in 2010, to give you an idea of maginification of my progress, yesterday I made $10’s in ONE DAY. AND, this isn’t my best earning day. Remember, when you look at Triond for its long-term financial freedom potential, you will begin to understand how devoting 3-5 years to this site can eventually give you the opportunity to never have to work for anyone ever again if you don’t want to. It’s a snowball, domino effect that’s increasing, multiplying and rushing into your life so let the exhiliration fill up your heart and soul.
So, you see, persistence really does pay off. Think about every single comment you’ve left. That’s a link back to your profile and your work. This is a great motivator to leave even more comments. That exponentially increasing the amount of times people will see your profile and all the work you’ve created.
Just an added reminder:
The importance of referrals
Additionally, I’ve said it before, but I can’t stress it enough, utilize your referral code. The more you support the dreams of others not only do you multiply your success; you are changing the world one person at a time. Each time you support and remind someone of their dreams, you spread love further and even more far reaching than you alone can do by yourself. Each time you tell someone they can make all their dreams you’re reinforcing this belief in yourself at the same time.
Furthermore, you will help give someone a window into their spirit, pulling them out of a life where they felt something was missing, or maybe they even had an alcohol, drug, or eating related disorder that can now suddenly be transformed into a beautiful masterpiece that the world would have otherwise missed out on.
You change the world with every act of love you give. Keep that thought close to your heart always everywhere you go.

Earnings depend on traffic and popularity of the article; I think 635 hits equals $1
Recognition is the key which is priceless. Triond is advertising – not much cash on the surface but which you mentioned, “endless possibilites.” Everything has hidden rewards.
What counts, above all else, is your attitude. A confident and committed spirit. It’s the soul of it.
You have inspired me – that’s for sure . Thank-you . j
