When I started writing in September, 2010 on Triond I didn’t think anyone would be interested in my writing. After crossing the 5000 reader milestone on Triond my perception of my writing is changing.
Thank you Triond friends for the support and kindness you have shown by reading and leaving comments on my articles. I am aware some fans may not leave a comment after reading my writings and I want you to know I thank you for taking the time to be interested in what I have written.
Eight months have passed since I stated writing for my enjoyment and not just for money. News worthy subjects, subjects on health, my own personal past and present experiences have all been a topic allowing me to creatively express myself on paper. At times the articles were intended to be written in a humorous fashion to make you the reader chuckle or bring back a similar memory. Other times the articles were written to provide food for thought or to make the reader aware of the insanity infecting the world.
At all times the articles were written in a style to dignify you the reader. Being aware not all of the “hits” came from my Triond friends it is rewarding to know that quite a number of readers came from Google or Yahoo search engines showing my writing style is approved of by the search bots.
I have found it rewarding also to have touched so many readers around the globe with my work. For those writers who have been contributing to Triond for a number of years this may bring to memory the first time you hit the 5000 milestone. My appreciation goes out to you for helping to establish a writing vehicle where other writers can come hone their skills.
So as I look forward to other milestones in the future, again I want to thank you my Triond friends for helping me get to this point in my writing life and do hope you will stay with me through the rest of the journey.

Continued success to you, my friend. I’m working my way to 20,000 views – not bad for a poet.

Excellent!!! You’ve done quite well for the short time you’ve been on Triond!!! I’m sure you’ve put in a lot of effort, and have persisted and have been patient to be able to attain what you have attained. I joined in May 2010, and I have not reached where you’ve reached, so kudos!!!
When writers share their experiences, it is for the benefit of other writers. I’m HIGHLY encouraged by your article.
However, your date is September 2010, not 2011. These are minor mistakes we all make.
Following this article, I’ll pass by your profile for more, as a learning experience. We can all learn from one another.
