Triond Duplicate Content Detector Seems to be Working

You can not republish your own articles.

For the first time since I have been on Triond, one of my Articles was declined for publication. An article about Nicole Sherzinger, was seen as “duplicate content” and they gave me the link of where it was published. The link was for one of my articles on Hubpages.

I am surprised though, because I gave it a new title and changed wordings of sentences round – took me about 15 minutes to edit, but Trionds Technology still detected it.

So, in a way – I guess that is good news for Writers on Triond. Hopefully, they will continue to detect if anyone copies an article that is not theirs.

In summary, it means if you have published an article on another site, you can’t republish it on Triond. I just read that on the email today. (See Below.)

I used to think it was okay because Triond had a box on submission that asks confirmation for if we are the orignal creator of the Content and I am the original creator of the content.

Well Done – Triond!  Now I know.
