Triond Doesn’t Give Us a Damn
As some of you already know, I was away from Triond for nearly a month and a half. I did try to post some as well as repay "view favours" during this time but inspite of my efforts(and the loyal support of some of my fans and friends)my views dropped drastically. And now that I am back, it’s taking a while to climb up!!!
I know for sure that I don’t matter to Triond.Triond doesn’t give US a damn!How can I still be hooked on Triond?! I wonder???
PLUS try as I may i just don’t feel like posting here anymore. It’s dismal the situation on Triond. So many unresolved issues and no one at Triond is giving a damn to US.
How can I still be hooked on Triond?

A few of my friends here, write to me saying that they are leaving, the situation is “crap”!They have been ignored too long! They feel defeated. Get satisfaction…has yet to give me any satisfaction!
I’ve heard some people claim that it(Get satisfaction-Triond’s help site) works. It hasn’t for me.The only thing that works on Triond, I think, is that: they do deliver your earnings (however miserable!)regularly.
As for the rest of it: the passive income, the writing, the earning, the …promises(that TRIOND makes with a flourish!) are all empty words. I am just feeling so defeated, disillusioned, disappointed…
I know, I should sit frame my articles:research,write,edit, re-write, edit,publish. But for what? that it can be plagiarised? that I can earn a cent or two? I don’t know! There are lot’s of incidence of plagiarism and low earnings doing the rounds, recently. Given the current scenario: what is my motivation to contribute here?How can I still be hooked on Triond? ”I don’t understand anything, anymore…” -is how I feel ATM (At This Moment).

I’ve looked off and on for a different site to publish on, but I like the profile page and dashboard here better than other sites I’ve looked at. My main goal is to build a portfolio of published works and gain a following. For that I need a user friendly profile page that has a professional look. I publish once a week as a self-imposed deadline, but I like the flexibility here, where I don’t get in trouble when that deadline is not met. The pennies I make here do not matter in the end. I guess I’m banking on future possibilities. Best wishes to you, whatever you decide.

I know exactly how you are feeling Avissado. Yet if you share this point of view, some will shoot you down for it. Some are frustrated, writing for a couple pennies here and there.

I certainly share your frustration. I must, however, admit that the terrible earnings at Triond have prompted me to explore a couple other websites where I can post content and to set up my own blogs as Amazon affiliate sites. Perhaps it’s good not to grow too comfortable here.
I still use this site because I post articles that have accompanying photographs here, something that’s not always possible elsewhere. This site does have a community atmosphere as well.
I don’t have enough in my Adsense account to get a payment, and I’ve decoupled it from Triond because it was hard to get and I don’t want to lose it to a disagreement between Triond and Google.
By the way, I’d love to see some pictures of Goa.

I hardly think anyone is satisfied with Triond the way it is now. I can hardly view articles. I get the 500 error and if I do get an article, it will often block my comments. I still have hopes things will get better. I will hang around and see.

I feel the same way. Everyday I log in and see oh hey I got a new fan awesome! And oh look that article I wrote got 20 views in about 3 hours! Do I make anything off of it no I do not…. I only make money if someone clicks on an ad that is on the page my article is displayed on! Which I hate…

I feel the same way about Triond because my husband isn’t too happy about me doing all that writing and not getting enough pay for it. It looks like whenever you write a new article you may get something then. And that all. I think whenever someone views you article it should matter how long it was viewed you still should receive something. I also think they should put the posting forums back and give a incentive for posting. They should had closed it just because of someone else’s mistakes. Most of all since they are the number one paid to write they should increase their earnings then the members will be more then willing to invite their family and friends.

I don’t think triond is going to do anything about the low earnings.

I think the management needs to take notice and make changes, before they start losing writers.
We need some kind of forum for the writers…at least to help with questions.
There are some other sites that do the same thing.

It should be “Triond doesn’t give a damm about us”. But it’s true, no matter how you say it. Get satisfaction is complete rubbish, just a device to make you feel something is happening when it isn’t.
The sad fact is that Triond is making less money – and deserves to because it is inefficient – so writers get less also.
If you don’t like it you have to go somewhere else because nothing will change here.

Avissado, just remember this one thing, people here DO care about you. Let Triond do whatever they want. Just accept the wonderful friends you have made and enjoy the kindness and support. I’m here for you, whether there’s any money for it or not. Thanks, for being so kind, to everyone. God Bless.

I always say I am going to a different site but never go because Triond gave me my first chance to make money and friends.
