Its tough to write an article especially if you’ve got a deadline to beat. Here I listed my personal tips that I do whenever I write something.
I list down personal tips on how I cope up with writers block, research on very limited topics, and thinking of an article to write about. Lets start.
1. Read news.
I mean read it though watching could be a lot more easier to do I don’t recommend it because of the scarcity of information you can get unlike when you read news on spread, journalists explicate it well there are more details to gather and compare. Reading news can also stimulate ideas for possible topics to write about and stated opinions can be good source of a new topic to articulate an article about.
2. Play soothing music.
Due to stress and unduly workloads our mind has a little time to breathe. In writing it matters that we can express our thoughts carefully and legibly but how could we do just that if our own mind works here and there right and left, non stop. Music can help to set the mood.
3. Write as you feel.
Keep in mind that what you feel at the moment reflects unto what you write. I believe this tip to be so true, in fact when I feel shattered as I write I always end up having my article trash out. Your emotion can be sense through the way you write up your words and your style so make sure that when you decide to write articles be sure that you are in a comfortable state.
4. Don’t stare too much on the screen.
Writer’s block comes often when you stare on monitor too much your brain tends to feel vacated when you force yourself to keep up with something I does not want to fill. Go out and bring your scratch paper or a clean notebook and spend time breathing the fresh air in and out. Close your eyes and imagine when ideas reach you write them on your paper. Then if you feel like you have enough ideas to write then go back to your monitor and type it. Disregard sequencing as you can edit it later before you publish your work.
5. Work with all your mind and soul.
Most of my articles are based on my own experience and first hand knowledge, I don’t just write whatever comes to my mind, I write topics and opinion that I know I can defend because as long as writing is concern being credible is a big investment that comes with every article, post or stories published to the public.
6. Observe your own ritual.
Don’t just rely on this tips I gave you as it is only meant to give you hints. Each and everyone of us is different in our own unique ways, you have to discover your own formula as you explore the possibilities. Just be sure that you note them down while you observe. You can always try different approach until you find what works best for you.
A responsible writer knows when a credit is due, when an information is scarred or when it is too much. Writing is a tested means to express one’s opinions but a writing cannot be considered good if it fails to impart the lesson, moral or the message to its reader. I hope these tips help you somehow.
