Most of us have once committed an act of copying ones original work without his or her consent. Here’s a background and three tips to overcoming plagiarism.
With the ever evolving internet to ease up our lives, every thing seems to be one-click-of-a-button away. You do some researches or submissions and the information is quickly relayed on to our minds.
Due to this vast number of information, through the form of articles, video, audio and other files on the web, the urge or temptation to copy copyrighted and/or published material is a common doing of most students and/or even professionals.
Plagiarism is being done perhaps because some people don’t just want to waste time on what they will be writing or compose. And this is so common especially for students if they have to submit a report or project assignment. Another worst possible reason might be also many people aren’t just good writers and they want to make a name for themselves through proclaiming an original work even if it is not his/hers.
If you don’t want to be labeled as a plagiarist, here are my 3 simple tips.
Plagiarism is a CRIME and must not be practiced by anyone.

Good article. Plagiarism IS very serious. Most universities will kick you out for it — students should definitely keep that in mind.

Citations just end up feeling like a big hindrance, if I was a teacher/professor all I’d want from my student is a well-written essay.
