Writing articles and placing articles on the web for everyone to be able to see a little scary though at first, especially if you do not consider myself a writer. Make a List
One of the easiest ways to write articles is to start writing to make a list. Take a piece of paper and write down five reasons why … or 10 tips to make …. Your list will of course depend on your particular business but here are some examples: 5 reasons to take a multi vitamin, 10 tips to get your kids to eat vegetables, Tip 5 ways to lose weight. Now you write a little paragraph about each of these reasons or tips to explain to your readers. Add the introduction of the topic at the beginning and close the article with a call to action such as start today and visit.
Start with an Outline
I usually sit down with pen and notebook and began writing an outline for an article before I sit down at the computer to write the actual article. I came up with the title,the basic idea for the introduction and then just make a list of the main things that I want to mention in the article. I also make notes about how I want to close the article. Then I’ll sit down and type the entire article, modifying my body needed to make the flow of the article.
Record Yourself
If you are more talkative and likes to tell others about your business, you may want to try recording yourself. Pretend you are telling a friend about a particular topic, perhaps the benefits of using your product. Bulge talk until you run out of conversation. Then listen to your recording and write down what you want to include in the article. You can record your own on your computer, with a tape recorder, or using an MP3 player.
Interview Someone
Interviews make the article can be a very big influence as well. Find an expert on the topic you want to discuss in your article either interview them in person (and recording) or email their questions and ask him to send them back to you. Add a paragraph at the beginning about who you interviewed and a little info about the person. You can close by summarizing the main points highlighted interviews or expert to create and encourage your readers to take action. You can use just the articles you wrote on your website, on your blog, or in your newsletter. You also have to submit them to article directories. Write a little resource box or author bio to the bottom of your article. When someone takes an article from a directory to add it to their site or newsletter, they will also include your resource box with links to your website, free marketing drive to your site.
