There’s a Hot Content List for Pictures, Too?

Most writers I know try to get on the much sought after hot content list. They all know just as well as I do that if someone gets onto the hot content list, they can expect a hike in earnings, views, and popularity. Who doesn’t want that?

Whether it’s for Associated Content, Oondi, Bukisa (if they have one), or some other writing site, writers always seek those four things. But the only way to do that is to get a lot of attention to their content.

Some writers decide to flood the internet with their content hoping that each article will bring in some twenty or thirty views each making them ten more cents than before. And others hope that by getting links to their articles all across the web, their articles will get some views.

I’ve tried both methods of getting my content into the hot content list, but I have miserably failed. Other people probably have succeeded, but I’m not one of them.

Anyways, lets just forget about the hot content list for a little bit. Let’s just think about how effortless it is to submit images to these same websites. All you need is a camera, and a good sense of photography. Just find something you know looks good to your eyes, and snap a quick photo of it.

Many people on Google search for images, whether it’s of hot actresses, random pictures, or eye candy. As a photographer for the websites mentioned before, your job is to find all the eye candy you see. Then all you have to do is to submit the photo and wait for it to be published.That’s all right? You can just expect a steady stream of traffic to all your pictures, day after day, week after week, year after year, right?

Wrong.

This is a very common mistake to think that pictures are the key to wealth on revenue sharing sites.I made it when I was a beginner on Triond. Though I still am a writer, I now know better than to submit pictures in order to make a lifetime royalty off of them. The few pictures I did submit to Triond are sitting on my content list with three or four views with not even one little cent trickling into my paycheck.

I would have done the same thing on Associated Content but I’m too yound to get paid on Associated COntent, and the pay for pictures are also as horrible on other publishing websites.

SO what does the hot content list have to do with all this? Absolutely nothing. That is if your talking of the text hot content list.

When you clicked on the link to this article, you probably thought about what new wonders in the online paid publishing community I’m talking about. Either that, or you thought that I was just another untruthful writer that wants to gain some recognition. A hot content list for pictures! This teenager must be going crazy for money!

Too bad I’m not crazy. I’m serious. There actually is a hot content list for images. For Triond writers, it’s right of the option for the text hot content list.

The last time I was looking at it, I saw some pretty good stuff. The one main one was called “There is no content for this type of item”. What it means is that there is no photo on the hot content list.

But is it possible to do such a thing?
