The Fibonacci Poetry Challenge was a smashing success. It is a wonderful thing when poets come together. Thank you to everyone who contributed their poetry.
I created the Fibonacci Poetry Challenge to shed light upon the many talented poets that are a part of Triond. I was not sure if this challenge would be received well, but thanks to all the great poets this challenge was an amazing success. The challenge itself generated over 130 views over the course of 7 days, and took the top spot in the most popular category for Scienceray. Hopefully this performance translated into many views for the poets who contributed their own poems to this challenge. I would like to give a special thanks to:
Robin Harkey Dixon for contributing “Love“
Stryka1966 for contributing “Lilies“
A Bromley for “Shades Of Humanity“
ManahFromHeaven for “Long Distance Love“
SharifaMcFarlane for “Jamaican Apples“
Yamin2011 for “Meaning Of Life“
Barney Rubble for “Fibonacci Poem“
Puddinpop for “Fibonacci Poem But Personal“
SheilaNewton for “Red Red Robin“
and lastly myself for “Summer Love“
These were the poets who contributed excellent pieces and really made this challenge a good start to what I hope will be a long tradition on Triond. Challenges like these help us expand as poets, and learn our craft in a deep and meaningful way. I hope for the next challenge we will have even more poets contribute poetry, and if anyone has not seen the poems entered into this challenge feel free to click on the links above and show some love for these amazing poets.
If you are not yet a part of Triond, but would like to become a part of this awesome writing community please click here.

Yes Philly, it was a wonderful challenge and I’m looking forward to getting my thinking cap on for the Samurai challenge. I’ve always wanted to be a Samurai – a warrior, a philosopher, a poet! Hmm!
Thank you for being such a wonderful teacher and facilitator
