Technology is Taking Over!

Television, Internet, Video Games and Smartphones are consuming our children. Lets face it most parents can no longer function without technology.

Everywhere I go, I see people with their heads buried in their phones or kids with headphones in their ears blasting music so loud that I can hear Lil Waynes scratchy voice blaring from them. Then when I go home I have to suffer through watching American Idol or Basketball Wives in order to keep my wife happy, and if I even try to touch the remote. Well, there will be no more blogging from me, unless I learn how to type with nubs.  Books have become great decorations to keep on our bookshelves right behind the matching DVD’s. Which are also collecting dust as I sit studying on my lap top computer. My son even goes to school online.

Technology is growing to the point where people will not know what to do without it. I really began to pay attention to this when I asked my son to spell “experiencing” and he asked to google it. I said, “how can you google what you cannot spell?” He said,” Spell Check”, I said that was unacceptable and made him write it 100 times. Although I embrace technology and my entire business is designed around it. I still believe there needs to be a balance. Sometimes we really need to put down the toys and enjoy a nice real conversation with God and a human being from time to time. Right now I can manage all my business affairs without ever leaving my couch making unlimited amounts with out shaking hands or ever really meeting anyone.

I personally use nearly all of the tools I can find online for my clients, customers, and myself. Skype, Oovoo, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google Adwords/Adsense/Analytics, Triond, Posterous, Ning, and much more that people are not hipped to yet. If you would also like to be unlimited from you couch. Click or scan the image below.
