Spamming at Triond

Including a link or URL in Triond comments.

I just received a heartfelt “Wonderful” from chicgoods49. She/He apparently felt like it was wonderful that a 30 year old confection plant in Roswell,NM was closing. As you can see from the above screenshot, chicgoods49 spells search as sirch and wanted me to drop her URL into GoogleSearch. She is smart enough to realize this is slightly better than just overtly requesting I paste the URL directly into the browser, however she is still a Triond spammer.

The next commenter, Daivy Smith, repeated the hackneyed alcoholic mantra “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.” He at least read the title of the article and maybe deserves to have his hyperlinked comment clicked.

I believe the policy at most of the writing sites is to forbid the inclusion of URL’s in the comments. If this is Triond’s policy, then it is weakly enforced.
