Triond’s pros:  Triond is a much older site than Experts Column. Triond publishes only original articles and doesn’t let its members to republish their articles on Triond. It has a wonderful community of writers. You can make money from content views and Google ad sense on Triond. It’s quite a popular writing site on the Internet. You can get a lot of views from Triond itself. You can get more comments on your Triond articles. Above all, you can enjoy maximum writing freedom on Triond. You can never find another writing site that gives so much freedom to its writers. Triond owners are truly broad minded and great people. You can add images and videos on Triond. You can request for payment if your content earnings reach just 50 cents.

Triond’s cons: It publishes articles on its several networking sites. It pays less rewards for 1000 page impressions. Though your rewards depend on many factors, on an average Triond pays much less than Experts column for 1000 views. Triond doesn’t take enough action to control plagiarism.  Triond’s popular content algorithm is not meaningful. Its hot content algorithm is a big mystery. I would say Triond’s hot content algorithm is not fair at all. You can find articles that are years old and most of the authors of those articles have stopped writing for Triond long ago. Your Experts Column earnings depend on your search engines traffic, quality of your articles, geo distribution etc. Its page rank and Alexa rank are good. Experts Column seems to have a bright future.

Cons of Experts Column:  It allows its writers to republish their articles on Experts Column. Most of the articles you find on Experts Column are ‘republished Triond articles’ written by Triond writers. This site is yet to introduce Google ad sense. You can’t add images and videos on Experts Column.

Important information about these sites:  My latest article  ‘how to make your relationships a bliss’ could attract only 20 page views in the last two days. When I republished it on Experts Column today it got over 50 views in just one hour. I have published over 425 articles on Triond and have republished about 200 of my Triond articles on Experts Column till today.  I have not even published a single article new on Experts Column so far. Yet my Experts Column earnings are about 6 times more than my Triond earnings.

Summary: Triond is beyond doubts a great writing site. Nevertheless it needs complete revamping immediately if it wants to exist in future.
