Here is how I achieved this awesome feat for the first time this year!
1. Write every day. Sit down and write as much as you can, until you feel like vomiting.
2. Learn to research constantly and make notes for future articles.
3. Think three articles ahead, always have new ideas in the pipeline.
4. Try to write article series, that way you have a set structure to work with.
5. Find enjoyment in achieving daily goals. This will ultimately drive you to keep pushing yourselves!
6. Diversify your article range!
7. Don’t look at the view count, or message count! Just concentrate on writing.
8. Learn to manage your time right, otherwise you’ll waste precious minutes/hours instead of putting the time to productive use!
9. Constantly push the envelope and write your thoughts down. This is what people want to read.
10. Make creativity your writing backbone! Mix it up a little, use interesting titles, and try to develop a unique writing style.
11. Research the world of online writing and learn to embrace change and development in writing method.
12. Embrace the Online community, they are the ones that read your work and thus they complete your work.
13. Rid yourself of preconceived ideas that you can’t achieve your online goals. Discipline, inspiration, and perseverance will make you achieve anything in life!
14. Understand that articles are not novels, so utilise your words efficiently and thus cut down on writing time. This will force you to write concisely whilst maintaining substance and complexity.
15. Write fearlessly! The aim of the game is to be exposed. To be heard. You can’t please the whole world, so don’t attempt to! Just write your thought and stay honest to yourself!
16. Respect the fact that online writing is real writing. Don’t treat it as something you do whenever you feel like it. Treat your writing as a serious endeavour.
17. Enjoy the whole experience despite the disappointments and low earnings. Strive to perfect the online writing game! You will get there eventually!
I hope the list helps all new online writers such as myself. If you like to read more on online writing then feel free to browse through my extensive catalogue of articles dealing with the subject. Good luck with your writing and keep going! Thank you!

good going ! I made my 10$ too, well mostly doing what the heck i want to write.
But it took me some good 100 writings to reach there … funny the same day i hit the 10$ barrier with 100+ writings i made $14.70 with two writings ( off triond project of course)
My point is Triond should be to fulfill your writing inspiration first and earning should be you secondary goal only.
You write very well. Have fun with that over here. Let the earning flow the way it does on Triond and dont rationalize it with logic
Unless of course you can write one million writings …
