You can achieve accuracy and speed  when you read and write every day. You must be in regular contact with good news papers, magazines, Internet research web sites, education magazines, article publications and a good practice in writing.

Reader’s Digest magazine provides a page of new words, meanings and how to use these words. Similarly, whenever you come across a new word, check its meaning with your dictionary and your mind will store the word.  You can use your new word at an appropriate time and occasion.

Speed in writing is a unique art and this requires that you select topics for writing. For example, if  you are submitting articles, choose topics of your area of interest such as cosmetics, shopping and jewelry.  Since these topics are of good interest to you, you know how to converse well and the same conversation skills can be included in writing.

Develop good ideas to learn new words, and try to use them on a daily basis. But you must take care that harsh and rude words should never be learnt or taught to children and this would damage the relation with our friends, relatives and neighbors.

Try to be use soft and good language in speaking as well in writing.  Allocate certain time of one hour or two hours per day for writing and check on every day basis how many articles you are able to finish within that time.
