Improve your writing

Quality vs. Quantity

Which brings more money: writing 50 per month or 4-5 well-written articles?

To write something great is not easy. Being in Hot Content is even harder, because most of us want the same. And there are only 10 places in list of top ten. So should you write for quantity instead of quality? Does writing 50 give more chance to be in the list of elite content than writing just one? I’m going to answer these relevant questions below.

1. Write as many you can

With big amount of friends this could lead you to success. Write as many as you can, so the more you create the more chance to your friends read at least one. After writing an article, I get about 10-12 views almost immediately.

Quantity: 1 (+1)

Quality: 0

2. Time to publish

Most of you think publishing immediately gives more money. I deny this. A big percent of users of Triond lives in the USA. I don’t live there, but I always wait and don’t publish content when it’s night at the opposite timezone. The concept is that more users are online in afternoon or in the morning obviously. Your article will appear in the recently published content topic immediately if you chose good website to publish on. For example publishing a “My little pet” titled article with choosing Webupon takes more time to process, because they have to send the article to TheRealOwner. Save your work as draft (or as Microsoft Word Document) and wait for the good timing. This can help you when writing a lot of articles. Timing is irrelevant, if you publish high-quality content, Google and sites of Triond will link it better – so you have more chance to gain bigger readership.

Quantity:1

Quality:1 (+1)

3. Write about something interesting

I always try to write something new, and do my best. Once, long time ago I tried to publish an article: “Online money” and wondered why didn’t get published. I read the reason: “Your content is too similar to be published here at Triond.” So I understood, quality does matter. You can write short texts with few lines if that contains info that people never knew before.

Quantity: 1
Quality: 2 (+1)

4. Another things that can help you

Writing sometimes could be boring. Suddenly this is the 21th century, you have to work for money instead of waiting for rain of coins. Make the “wasted” time more enjoyable with listening to music, eating snack, or both. While listening to music I sometimes paste a couple of words of lyrics. (What am I listening to? :D )

5. Writing about the suggested themes (hot tags)

Triond lets you know few popular words every day to write about. If the trending tag is “Twilight: New Moon”, writing about the book (or movie) almost guarantees the complete success. Try to write as long as you can, and don’t forget gathering info – for example if you didn’t read the book, at least get the shortened version. Quality is an indispensable requirement here.

Quantity: 1

Quality: 3 (+1)

Result: Quality (3) won against Quantity (1). Time is indispensable to create great articles, so this writing verifies the wise sentence: Time is money.
