Preparing an Article

     Preparation is vital in all projects that are undertaken. The basics available are research, interviews questions and answers. In my selection it was in our community situation, I believe in report writing, well itis what suits me best. I would arrange a meeting after selecting a person that is of general focus to me and ask appropriate questions in line with the work and discipline involved.

     In my first interview which was with a vet I asked questions relating to the practice, the staff number, the layout of the interior and hospital. The need to understand pets ws discussed as well as educating owners and the wider public domain. There is a need to care for needs and being on guard for diseases, flea control and signs and symptoms for general health. There were other points such as prevention vaccinations for viruses and common pet sicknesses as well as general worming usually quarterly.

     In my second interview, I met with a Monk at a Buddhist Monastery. After taking several photos and paying homage in meditation, we sat with him ( We being a news group). I asked some questions which I had prepared prior to the meeting over a cup of tea and almond bread pieces so humble you felt at peace. The types of questions related to the site and the development and redevelopment. When was it purchased and what price which was volunteered and not asked. The land and projects undertaken are such that the Monks themselves assist with as we witnessed on our arrival. There were three Monks residing at the Temple. The times taken for meditation and pray for offerings to Buddha and doctrines studied. The form and  colour of dress would change depending on celebratory times and special days throughout the year. There were times they would offer prayer and food to Ancestors. The teachings to followers and interested people in general community especially through festive seasons. There are teaching to the adults in dharma as well as culture to children and language classes where they also learn of their responsibilities.
