Paraphrasing Articles: Smart Move or Cheap Tactic?

Some writers just paraphrase an article and then republish it on Triond. Read on to discover my opinion of this phenomenon.

I’ve been seeing a lot of authors that write several articles with pretty much the same content but differently formulated. My question is, if this is a legitimate way to increase your earnings, or if this is just another cheap tactic to gain more views.

I myself have never done this, because I don’t feel the need to write multiple articles that are basically the same. I’m not a member of writing sites for the sole purpose of earning money. I also want to improve my writing skills and learn more by reading other articles. I do however not want to read the same thing over and over again. Writing 1 or maybe 2 articles about Cashgopher for example is enough.

On the other hand it is the choice of the readers to keep reading and commenting on these similar articles by one writer. Who am I to stop them from doing so? I guess in a way it’s clever to just reformulate your articles, because it doesn’t take as much time as writing a completely new article. You also don’t have to wait for inspiration.

I myself prefer not to use this method of reproducing of what you’ve already written because I like having unique articles, but I can understand why others do it and don’t blame them. After all, Triond does allow us all to write about pretty much whatever we want, and if that’s their preferred way of earning money on here then I say: why not?

Reformulate? Then you are not referring to my october special bonus articles. Mine are unique though written for poor success ratio. Duplicates won’t pass through Triond editor.

I’m not at all referring to you. I haven’t even read your october special articles, my apologies for that. :)

Good article – I like to read articles that tell me something different, something new. I value writers who give me fresh ideas.

I haven’t seen any of my friends do that. I think I’m gonna miss out on the October special, because I have only published 5 articles this month, Strange, though, because I usually put out a new article every two or three days.

@sXe Mare: Yeah, I think I’m going to miss out on it too. I was so ambitious at the beginning of the month, but lately I’ve been feeling uninspired…

Oh, come on Maclanis, you can do this – you only need three more articles. Write about smiling at strangers, or the joy you feel when helping others. Or write about the reason why your article tally has slowed down.
I’d love to read about what an average day is like for you, what your normal dinner plate has on it, how you feel about the US President. There’s so many things to write about.
You can meet the October challenge! I believe in you, you must believe in you too!

Thanks for motivating me! I’ll do my very best to get 3 more. I guess I should be able to make it.
