This article is going to go in depth on how an inspired writers: Journalist, novelist, or bloggers alike can come up with desired pieces that people want to read about. How does a writer find himself or herself in the middle of their craft?
Can someone be taught to write greatly? Can someone be discipled in the ways of the craft?
This article is a bases from my thoughts. I strongly believe that anyone who has the desire and passion inside them to begin to write can indeed be one of the greatest writers of all time, and remembered for always.
Do you have the fire to be an outstanding and inspiring writer?
If you have asked the above question to yourself before, then the fact that you have asked the question is the answer in itself.
The passion and desire is in anyone who has asked that very question. But passion and desire is not the only thing that will get you to where you are looking to go to, but it is a very important part.
Walking proceeds running. You can not run until you have learned to walk.
I am a minister in training and so a lot of my metaphors and scenarios are from the Bible and my own “walk” with the Lord.
Your fire and your push, your drive is going to help you get to your destiny, but you have to learn some principles a long the way. Some teaching, some training, and some mentoring.
Who can guide you?
Who can guide you? This is only a question that you can answer. I can share you mine, but yours is yours.
What do you do with your guidance? What do you do with what you have been taught?
You must apply what you learn. In this scenario “if you don’t use it you can lose it” can fall in to play here. You can’t lose your creativeness, but you can lose your heart, your passion in the craft, your love for writing.
The love for your investment.
If you are not investing in your passion for this craft, this art. Then you will lose it. Its like working hard for your new car or your dream car. You start to save a lot more, work more hours so that you can make that first payment. Its your desire, your passion to have that new car, but as soon as you stop investing in it then you stop caring, you stop loving the gift and going on with the little things.
If their is no reason in our hearts to do this thing we love, then we are just wasting time.
I think I got it!!
I live this thing we do call writing, its always on my mind, its always on my heart. I feel that it is the only thing that will last forever.
Its thing I will leave behind. The Bible said in John that the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. It said that the flowers and the grass will fade, but the Word of the Lord will last forever.
The flowers mean the good things that comes in our lives, and the grass are the not so good things that also come into our lives. But all of it fades away, but Hes Word will never fade.
I want to be remembered. I don’t want to be given praise or lifting up or boasted. I just want to be remembered as a young man that had a passion to see people live their dreams and live in joy.
Where do you find all the goodies in your words? Where do you find the things people want to read about?
The memoir of the craft: You find things that people want to know about in your own lives. I am reading a book now called “On Writing: A Memoir of the Craft” written by one of the most famous and “out there” authors. Hes name is Stephen King. In this book he talks about hes own experiences that have led him to his imagination that has led him to write many many successful books. One at which was a story about him at the age of a second or third grader. He said that he had a large babysitter who got a kick out of sitting on his face and farting and saying “pow” while doing it.

We all have some pretty “far-out” things that have happened to us maybe not so much like the above, not that extreme. But we do all have a story to tell. He also said that there was a junkyard type lot down the street where he grew up and he called this place many things: things like “the jungle”, “the dark place”, etc. He said that in a lot of his bestsellers he refers to this place several times. He uses this place as a creative place to be in his mind to write.
We can do the same with our own lives and situations.
I hope this article has inspired you, encouraged you, and now you may have a better look at what you can do to better yourself in writing, and finding a deeper passion in this craft.
Thank you so much for your time and Patience in reading this article. Please leave me your thoughts and some of the things you may be going threw. I would love to hear it.

Writing, just like any art form, indeed, entails discipline and passion. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
