My Triond Wishes for 2010
Triond has been a great place for me to post my articles and share information. I will continue to add to my collection of articles here in 2010. However, there are a few requests that I have for Triond.
First I would like to thank all my friends for taking the time to read my articles and comment. It means a lot to me and I appreciate it very much. I try to read every posting by my fans although it sometimes takes me a couple of days to get to them.
I enjoy posting on Triond. I like the dashboard and it helps me to determine what articles do well for me. There are a few requests I have for Triond. I do not expect these changes to be implemented, but I thought I would share them with you anyway. I call them “My Triond Wishes for 2010”
Each searchable article has a read counter – I would like every article to have a read counter at the bottom. We could see how many reads other people’s articles have and compare that with our own articles.
The search menu needs multiple filters – I would like filters in the content search box. It would be nice to be able to find the most popular articles, popular articles by category, and popular articles by keyword. I would like to be able to compare my article against other articles on the same topic.
Expand the Hot Content Section – I would like the Hot Content section expanded by another page of articles. This would give us a chance to see other writers on the list instead of the same group that always I see on the list. Don’t get me wrong, I think the writers that are on hot content deserve to be there. I just want to see more people on the list.
I know that these changes won’t be installed, but I thought I would just share my wishes.

Creative wishes. I once asked Triond Editor whether they have this feature whereby we can read those comments which we have made, that will be interesting, instead of retrieve them from the individual article, my reply from them was they don’t have that, but they may implement that in future. I don’t think I’m asking too much.. haha.

Happy New Year and Best Wishes for 2010 – I agree it would be great to see the number of reads and I’m still a bit mystified with the ways of the hot content section – still finding my feet here gradually!

These are all good ideas. I think Triond is still growing and changing; my only real concern is that Triond doesn’t go out of business.

I just love Triond, it’s been very good to me. If I remembered it correctly, they used to have counters when they were just starting.

I think I want email alerts when someone comments on my stuff-
I think it would also be cool if they matched us with other posters who keep writing in our areas so we would easily find what article to read and comment on. Ooops, am I asking for too much ? :d
