My Preferred Writing Time

Writers by nature are artists, like any artist there preferred work time may differ. 

Normally, I think more clearly late at night.  My thoughts flow more easily.   I also have a house full of teens and have only one computer.  We have to share so my usual writing time is at night.

When I get a lot of my ideas I first write them down on paper, at least the original idea. 

When I first started writing for Triond or internet writing I thought I would write something every day. I realized with other obligations that was unreasonable. However I try to write something every few days.

Also being a writer I have a tendency get the urge to write at other odd times.  My kids even know to leave me alone when I am in writing mode.  Writing comes so easily and naturally for me when I was much younger others would ask me how I did the stories I did so easily.

In reality, writing can be hard work and require discipline of a certain type.  Especially, free lance writing.
