Making 10.08 Dollars on Triond

Finally I made 10.08 $ on Triond . I have more then 100 articles and my views have crossed 5000 and i must be on my way to get the 10,000 badge. Congrats to me ! These 10.08$ came a lot late as i have not been active for a while as i had writing assignments and content projects piling up. The good thing about Triond is that you keep on earning even while you are not active through your old entries. So those enthusiast who seeks a hefty income once they reach one million articles are not truly wrong but lets not jump into the impossibility of that right now!

I am presenting some facts which might help other writers and also enable them to device proper plans if their prime purpose is to earn from Triond.

This article ranks # 1 on my list. I actually thought of this one working at my ridiculous job. This hit close to home to search engines and search seekers. Try to build on similar articles. 

The Top Songs of Suicide  (489 Views $0.87)

This one gets viewed to this day. In fact not a day goes by when this is not on the todays listing. I wrote it while i was searching Google for suicide songs and felt that this topic would get hits.  Try to browse search engines for hit topics which are fairly simple to write and the world seem to be after them.

Top Five Songs to Die for  (455 Views $0.72)

Another entry on the same line . Experimented the bit on death songs and it was still working. Could have continued with the trend of death and suicide songs but my understanding was complete so moved on.

Top Ten Things to Do When You Know You are Going to Die  (212 Views $0.43)

Apparently death is a subject most searched on. However this came in as a random post and had no intention to work it for views.

How Old is Planet Earth?  (331 Views $0.38)

This one I did on purpose. I wanted to check how can a fairly small topic can generate many views. This took me five minutes to write. And it got the most views the very first day !  What I feel is that those writers who want to build on volume to make earning should opt for such similar topics which are short informative and catching rather then there daily ramblings. A 100 such entries would get them more views then 1000 entries of how they are going to make money and how much they earned a day.

Four Reasons Why We Procrastinate  (431 Views $0.28)

Nothing special about this as i wrote it with no real meaning but some good reasons that might help few.

Making Million Dollars From Triond  (437 Views $0.27)

Played the name game and added a bit of humor in it. I knew the name alone would get views and that worked. So cash on names but rest assure the readers are smart. If they hate what they read the name alone wont work for long!

Evil Women  (115 Views $0.26)

This one had loads of text and less views. If you compare it with How Old is Planet Earth?  then you can realize that earning and views are more dependent on planing then on what you are writing.

A fun topic i wrote. The Do and Don’t  seem to work well with audience so try to cash on the keyword

As you can see even after months The Top Songs of Suicide  is still ranking at # 1. This topic of suicide just wont die !

The Triond Writers

At Triond we have a weird assembly of writers. No one tells how much they earn other then those (including me) who makes cents a day. This is where the Triond system should intervene and declare at each month end the top earners of the month and their total earning. Not only this would help project Triond to more market but would also inspire other Triond writers. But the top earnings and top earners remain hidden on this system which raises an interesting theory that earning is not a strong point of Triond to begin with.

Few writers here are so talented that i find it hard to believe that they are making use of Triond for earning. Even if these writers claim they are making good money from Triond they can make 100 times more with their skills. Are these writers really stupid or detached from the online writing market? My answer is probably not and they are using Triond along with many other projects.

A majority of writers are rambling here with no directions. They want to earn money but have no idea how to go about it. Piling up articles wont help and most of these writers fade away with time. 85% writers falls in this category.

So where are we all ?

Writers need to understand that Triond is much more then a paying gig. Its a community where you can meet other people , start new friendships and read very interesting articles. This is the gist of Triond and not Earning . If you are here for earning at least make a logical plan. In the world of writing reasonable writers are charging 0.05cents a word which goes up to 0.30 for a word ! These are pretty smart writers who are cashing in the heaven of writings. Work on Triond but also open your eyes to make earnings.
