Is This Deal for Real?
Calls for clarification in terms of Triond payment.
IS THIS DEAL FOR REAL?
Things make people to ask certain question that they do ask. Once beaten twice shy they say. And experience speaks more than the spoken words. The issue of publishing and publishing houses is an essential one that call for care at all time.
One finds it difficult to trust himself talk of other person. I know this will sound odd to people but it is the stark reality of life. Often time you have heard people say no this is my stand it’s unalterable but at the end such decision is changed because of someone. Where is the reliability there? Therefore the only person that is sure of himself is God.
Well the issue of Triond payment calls for attention certain things that need clarification. Is this payment on selective basis? Or is it done discretionally? I wish to know. As at July I was told I hadn’t enough write up to generate income for me. But the one of August I was notified to state the means of payment and further it that I have money for the month. To my utmost surprise this was shifted again to October. Reason for its deferment not communicated to me any longer. Why? Does that not amount to negation of ethical conduct? Or don’t you think if there be need for its deferment I should have been duly informed?
I think I need little explanation convincing enough to let me know whether this deal is for real or otherwise. Though my primary aim of writing is not because of money but the flair I have for writing. However, this does not negate it in anyway that I shouldn’t be paid when others are being paid. Had it been that I was not sent an email notifying me of this, I think this supposition would have been out of place.
However, for organic structure and effective administrative purpose things must be done in an orderly manner as to maintain and sustain respect and credibility. For it does not take a second time to make a first impression.
In conclusion, I advice that a strong a formidable team be put in place if not already that will see to the day to day activity of this organization as to forestall its recurrence.

Short answer: no.
Short question: did you ever work in the translation department for a Russian bureaucratic party newspaper? You could’ve. That made very little sense but all the words were spelled correctly.

Triond payment term is very clear. You need at least 50 cents for payout through Paypal. You need to update your paypal email address before payment is made.
I think you update after the payment is done. Triond does a mass upload to pay all eligible writers at a certain date every month. If you miss that date, you have to wait for next payment.
