On Tuesday I decided that I would let some of my friends know about Triond and invite them to join. I wasn’t sure if anyone would accept the invitation. Imagine my surprise when I checked the invitations the following day to discover that eleven of my invitees actually joined Triond.

Some of my invited friends had questions and either telephoned me or emailed me to discuss Triond. It was a wonderful break from my regular work and I enjoyed chatting with my friends and their writing aspirations. Turns out most of them were looking for the right opportunity to encourage their writing. One, an interior designer in downtown Toronto even has a collection of unpublished articles she’s planning to post.
Now I’m wondering how many more of my friends will join Triond because of my invitation and the types of articles they’ll post. Since I have some friends with cutting-edge expertise in various fields, I expect some very informative articles that aren’t found in the main media.
I’m curious to see what experiences other Triond writers have had with inviting others to join and the results.

I have hesitated to do that, but your results have me wondering. I guess I should at least ask them all.

Invite your friends to join Triond, not much for the money as for the fun of writing and sharing.
