A pseudo-blog about the folks I have and continue to meet here on Triond.
A pseudo-blog about the folks I have and continue to meet here on Triond.
It’s one of those days… I am sitting here at my small little cluttered desk, laptop humming away, and my thoughts are consumed with… You folks. Yep, all of these wonderful, quirky, yet charming and interesting “friends” that I have made here on this site.
So, again, following in Jimmy’s footsteps; I have decided to dedicated one article every Saturday to my friends here at Triond. Highlighting the work, the personality (as I perceive it) of each of you. Nothing nasty or mean, simply an explanation of how each of you made it to my personal Friends List.
I certainly will not divulge any “personal” information I may have learned about you through correspondence, just my own insights gleaned from reading your articles and posts. Not only will it be fun for me to see how accurately I am interpreting your work, but, it may help boost your views by other readers of mine who may not be familiar with you.
Now, one caveat. If, for whatever reason, you are uncomfortable with this; just send me a private message and “opt out”. I will respect your wishes and not do an article about you. I think that is fair.
So, as of next Saturday, I will begin with one of my favorite writers, friends and “instructors”, Guy Hogan. For those of you, and I can’t imagine there are many, who don’t know Guy; I suggest giving him a read. He is a great example of the high caliber of writers who lurk in the bushes of this vast savannah of literary talent we call Triond.
Have a wonderful weekend and keep writing.

I missed this one yesterday or whenever it was posted, glad I found it now. Guy has been such a help with his teachings about flash fiction. What a wonderful choice to start with.
