I am sure every author on Triond wants a minimum of onehundred thousand readers for his/her articles. Why not? Aren’t there around onemillion Triond fans? But when you don’t see even one person commenting on your piece, you wonder if your presentation is so very awful or are the readers too busy with their own business!
Increasing your Readership or Hits on Triond
Who wouldn’t want some ten thousand Triondites to read your articles. Who wouldn’t like to hear that thousands are eagerly awaiting the grand appearance of your next contribution?
Well, as the saying goes, “if wishes were horses…” or something like that !.
I write possibly one article in ten days. Ideas just don’t bump at you. and you don’t find in any newspaper or magazine any item that would trigger your imagination into producing readable item.
Whereas see LOVELY HONEY. She submits in dozens or sub multiple thereof. Sometime, I wonder if ever she has time to eat and sleep. Or, she keeps a sheet of paper and ball point pen under her pillow and jots down ideas or lines of a poem whenever it occurs during her sleep time. Why don’t you tell us the trick how you do it, Lovely.
Not only that, whatever you write appear in the Hot content column too.. Great. I should think that the Triond editor is very fond of you or is highly partial towards you. How did you manage to build up such a rapport.
Now, coming to my point. I too wanted to improve my readership graph. I thought of a plan – to send personal message to hundreds of my friends and well wishers along with a copy of my published essay, with a fervent appeal, PLEASE READ AND COMMENT.
I wait for three days and contact a couple of them on telephone. “I say, did you read my latest publication on Triond?”
“What? What did you say?” he demands and I repeat my earlier statement.
“Oh that one? Honestly Jay, I had been too busy. I shall read the next one. OK. Don’t feel offended, pal.”
“Thank you.”
The next one confess that she honestly forgot. “Don’t forget to read the one I sent this morning. OK?”.
“Sure, yaar. What are friends for?”.
For the next five days this great lady had no time and then on the sixth day wants to know the title of the article and on which page on the Net could she sight it.
And like an obedient servant and a patient author, I continue to forward the latest one to more than hundred potential readers. All of them give me a diplomatic answer – sorry, I forgot. No encouraging word or sign from anyone.
One of the famous Triond writers has said, “Give an eye catching or captivating title…” Such a title seems to catch only my eyes and not the eyes of the other readers.
No encouraging sign whatever from anyone. What do I do? Any suggestions?

That is a good article. Everyone would want to know the secret, yet, it is evasive. We need readers who read!
Every other word needs to be catchy, so that they cannot just rush through in a speedy scan.
TV seems to have found an answer. Their subjects are SEX, and FOOD. Just see the percentage.

Write articles with good SEO and keyword optimization; it is not necessary that your friends need to write them; you will get visitors from major search engines. Keep it going, Jay.
