As a new writer on Triond, I’ve made a few mistakes already.
I like to be part of the solution, not the problem.
So, a suggestion…
I’ve written eleven articles on Triond and had published ten. This is number twelve.
My middle name should be ‘mistake’ as I happily bumble along making them all the time. I have given up trying to avoid them and, instead, accept and learn from them.
I do lots of learning.
My first mistake on Triond was spelling – I’ve often forgotton to spell check and proof read things that I’ve written but, this time, I promised myself would be different. This time I would spell check, proof read, spell check again and then save and leave for half an hour before checking again and submitting.
I forgot.
What would make it easier for me is an automatic spell checker, just like in Word or PagePlus. I yearn for the little squiggly red line to appear underneath my words. Not only would it help with my spelling, but would stop me forgetting at the end to press spell check. I often forget this bit.
Maybe I’m just being lazy. Maybe I should just make more of an effort.
I just think this would be a small, easily implemented addition that would help many Triond users. It certainly would help me.

When you are beginning it is important to build good reputation with editorial process. After some articles you won’t have to spell check at all.

I write on Triond then I copy and paste to word on my computer and spell check and grammer check. I should just write in word be often don’t feel like I’m writing for Triond when I do that.
The more you write you will find you will get better at spelling. If you follow the steps you set down every time you set down to write. You will find you will not forget.

I agree, I love the automatic spell checker…sadly they do not have it yet…but I am thankful they at least have one!
