How Writing Can Help Your Health

This is about writing being therapeutic.

Writing can be a way to express yourself and to release inner thoughts that you couldn’t do with anyone else. I enjoy writing because I couldn’t find people would talk to me about all of my problems so when I write I know that I can at least express some of my sadness and thoughts. My friends and family are busy and I don’t feel comfortable telling them my stories anyway. I can write anything that I want to write on the net since it’s not under my real name. People don’t know that it’s from me. It’s even better if people can relate to my stories or even confine in it. There are many people with the same problems that I have and I’m not the only one. Through writing, I can share what I’ve been through and hope that people learn something from my experience and even avoid some of my mistakes. Life doesn’t always have to be painful but when you don’t know, it will hurt you. I’ve been through a lot and I feel like what I’ve shared could be valuable to people who haven’t been where I’ve been.

Writing can be therapeutic because you get to release your anger, sorrow, pain and all else onto the page and other people get a chance to read it. You have shared something with the world and you feel better afterward knowing that your concern has been understood by others. I think that writing is a great way to express yourself when you’re lonely or you’re sad. I can’t seem to stop writing even though I’m not that great at writing. I still have so much to learn. There are vocabularies out there that I don’t even know yet. I’m sure it will even make my writings better but I still have to learn them. However, I think it’s helpful to be able to express some of your sorrow and pain and allow other people to understand you. You will at least have an audience that has read your stories. Maybe they won’t do the same things that you have done. Maybe you have saved a soul or two. It’s useful in many ways.

If it’s therapeutic then it can save you from some health problems. After you wrote one hundred articles about how much you dislike your co-worker, you will feel better and you will not want to talk about it anymore with anyone else. You feel like people have understood you and have agreed with you too. It’s like group therapy. It’s helpful in some ways. If it’s helpful then you should write more. Every time that you’re angry, you should log into your account and starting yelling out there. Every time that you’re frustrated, you should log in and start writing. After you write it all out, you will feel so much better. You would have lowered your blood pressure by 20mmHG. If you’re angry all the time, you could be having high blood pressure and headaches which can lead to heart problems. Writings can lower your blood pressure and release your anger which can save your health in the long run. You get to make some money while releasing all of your thoughts to the world too. Writings have many benefits. You should keep on writing.
