Writing is an art. It has to be learnt by practice. Writing must be clear, concise and easily understood. Perfect grammar, punctuation and simple sentences help readers to understand better.  Keeping a track of latest news helps to create new articles based on the latest news as the readers are always looking for something new on the web to read.

Language

Use simple language that helps readers to understand better what you would like to state through your writing. There are many non-English speaking people on the web who wish to read articles written in English. For the convenience of such people, writers must use simple language, simple words and clarity in sentences.

Grammar

Check spellings and grammar at least twice before submission of article. This helps in repetitive rejections and re-writing of content. Grammar check must be conducted after completing the article in order to check whether there are grammar mistakes or misspell words which make the article look weird on the web.

Information

Give perfect information for the readers so that readers come back to read your articles. Useful information that helps readers is always a well written article. Provide correct information to the readers. If the information provided proved to be wrong, readers would not take trouble to read your article next time. So, be careful what information you are giving your readers.

Stay Tuned to the Topic

Do not be away from the topic but stay with the topic throughout the article. Readers read your article to find information. Deviation from the topic disturbs concentration. If you are discussing about cosmetics in the article, do not deviate from the topic and write about vegetables. This confuses the reader and immediately the reader closes the web page.

Be Frank in Writing

Always be open in discussing about topics. Readers would like to understand better which is why links are clicked.  Maintain web discipline in writing, but feel free to state the true facts about a particular topic on which the article is being written. For example, in take of fresh fruit juices is always good. Be clear in what you want to state in the article.

Research Your Topic

Before writing about topic, research well about the topic. Note down the points of discussion and then prepare the content. Always conduct research or collect information before writing an article. This helps in increasing the reputation of the writer. 

Do not write content that is misleading Project your writings giving a complete focus on the topic. Do not confuse the reader.Well written articles always carry good remarks and such writers are always well paid. Therefore, be sincere and honest in your writing.
