You see guides everywhere! There are guides for everything from how to build a shed to how to treat poison. But have ever considered writing your own guide? I have. I have written many guides. Here is how to write a guide.
Before you start writing a guide, think about you topic. You must know how to do the things in the guide yourself and know what you are doing. If you don’t know what your doing, then don’t write a guide about that topic.
When you find the topic, write a list of things you know about the topic. For example, if you are writing about how to go bird watching, write down things like equipment ,books, etc.
When writing you guide, a good template wouls be another guide. If you don’t have a guide, there are plenty of guides on Triond.

Now to start writing your guide. Start with an intrduction. The introduction should give your reader a good overlook of your guide. It should tell them what they should expect in your guide and tell them some basic information on your topic. For example, in a fishing guide, you would tell your reader what your book is about (which of course is fishing) and say the things you going to mention in the guide like where the best fishing spots are.

Then, it’s time to write some content. Start adding titles and write under them. Under each title should be a lengthy list of what the title says. Don’t put under a title called Dinosaur eggs a description of what dinosaur poo looks like (unless it is relevant).
After you do this, add a conclusion. This should wrap up everthing you have written.
So there you have it, a guide on writing a guide!
Cheers!
