You gave almost of your waking time researching for relevant information, jotting down notes on what can be included, organizing your sample outline, and then making sure that you have everything spelled out correctly and that everything follows the appropriate form and structure.  And then you submit it to the authorities.

Now What?

After everything that has been written down, you are now left with the void of nothing to do and drained from all that research and writing, you have nothing left to do but just stare in an empty space thinking of what might have been or what you could have included in your essay.

You need to recover from the stress and just take a break from all the hassle and hustle of making a worthy essay and here are a few ways from which you can come out unharmed:

  1. Take a few days off  from your computer – rest your eyes from the screen of your computer for a day or two.  This will not only benefit your mind but more importantly your eyes.
  2. Read something that is completely unrelated to the essay that you wrote about -  this is especially helpful if the subject of your essay writing was about something complex.  It take s your mind off the mind-boggling information that you researched and wrote about.
  3. Talk rather than write – tone down on writing but focus on lightening discussions that stimulate you intellectually.
  4. Make sure that you take a hiatus from writing – you will not be able to rest if all you think of is writing this and writing that.
  5. Go to a spa -  this might sound vain but it actually helps to just go for a spa escape and just take off all of those dead skin cells caused by the stress of essay writing.
