Writing online has its ups and downs but Triond has lately taken a turn for… Instead of telling you what to do to earn five or 10 dollars daily, which I used to earn sometimes back, I will guide you through a technique that will guarantee you what I earn from Triond these days, 30 cents every day!
When I used to earn real money on Triond, I used to encourage fellow writers, giving them tips here and there on how to maximize returns from online writing. Well, here I am, doing the same thing, but instead of telling anyone how to earn what I used to earn from this site, I will unravel the secret to earning a little more than 30 cents daily. Here are the secrets if you need them:

- Accumulate a good number of articles – I actually didn’t find myself where I am overnight. This enviable position was arrived at after penning more than 1000 good quality articles on the Triond network. You need to write a lot to actually get to 30 cents daily!
- Pray that you write English – This should go without saying but I have discovered in my many years on Triond that many of the so called online writers are not writing in English but still hopping to reach an English audience! If you want the 30 cents, then English is a must!
- Proofread your articles – Do you care about repeat sales in whatever business venture you take part? Well readers are the customers when it comes to online writing and that’s reason enough to proofread your articles and ensure they are top notch.
- Be consistent - If you really want to earn real cents, try to be consistent. Having a regular output of whatever it is that you write should put you in a better position to earn those 30 cents.
- Read and comment - You have to read and comment on your friends’ articles as much as you can in order to get them to read you and translate those views into cents and cents into dollars.
- Avoid getting yourself banned - Hmmmmmmh, if you really love writing and seeing those cents adding up, do not get your account suspended for whatever reason even though Triond may still close your account without warning. Play safe.
- Create variety – Triond has agood number of sites and you should aim to publish on at least half of them and see nwhich content works better for you.
- Read widely – You should never forget to keep abreast of the goings on around you. Read, read and read some more, for reading is the fodder upon which creativity feeds.
- Be patient – I have said this time and again. The first three months may give you a total of thirty cents but that doesn’t mean that you give up. Hold on for those better times ahead. Online writing requires lots of patience.
- Do not delete past articles – Frustration sometimes makes people delete previous articles. Do not make the same mistake. Residual income from past articles contributes a lot to the daily writing income of 30 cents.

I have actually been making more here since I stopped writing. I do not write or promote for over a year , but make more than 30 cents a day.

Great advise Jimmy!

Thank you for the tips….

Well, this was tongue in chick. I am not happy with the 30 cents average and would love the good old days when 10 dollars a day was common.

Penguin has something to say about that.

I never made the kind of money you made and I never wrote that many articles either. These days my output is a maximum of 4 articles per month. Still I do get 30 cents a day from the old articles which bring readers mostly from the search engines.

Good tips, Jimmy. I averaged $10 to $20 a day but lately it has declined rapidly. Views of over 5000 plus per day. But Triond has changed. And many such as you and I and other established authors see income drop. I thank you for your comment on my previous article regarding Triond and I will be looking at joining your other site. As Jimmy mentions fellow writers, beware and keep the faith in yourself. Remember, we earn Triond their money – not the other way round.

very good advice Jimmy. Well done.
I have many to read and catching up, and instead of doing so, I read back my old posts for some good laugh, because the comments may be very interesting. Not easy to earn that money, need a lot of time and effort. 30cents daily impossible for me, but still can make it for 30cents or slightly more a month, better than nothing, hehe.

I can vouch for #10.

Good common sense advice here Jimmy! Agree re the income, so it’s reassuring to see I’m not alone with the drop. However, as I’m no where near as consistent here as I once was, I guess that can be expected. I’ve been concentrating on other things.

Good advice. I think point #1 is the most important one – having at least 1000 articles in your repertoire.

It really takes good SEO skills and networking to earn in online writing.

thank you! I wish to make exactly a hundred times that amount from online writing. 30 cents is better than nothing but nothing compared to what I aim to earn.
