How to get your work listed as Hot Content.
You can appear on Triond as ‘Hot Content’, though it doesn’t mean squat.
One can get 30 clicks, (from outbrain, meaning ‘in house…made by zombies friends on Triond),
while another, whose work has never been spotlighted, is getting 1k hits a day.
Although a Newbie might think being listed as ‘Hot’ is an accolade, slightly seasoned users
know it is far from a collection of the best work; most of the stuff is garbage.
Unfortunately, those who don’t know this will click on one or two of these Hot submissions,
and be left with the opinion that Triond is the city dump to the side of the information highway.
For those who want to know how to get there, it’s not hard. All that has to happen is that as
your work is published, a bunch of zombies friends click on it.
As Triond is fully automated; (no one reads your work) your first hurdle is to get published.
The automated system it is set to bounce any article that is ‘too like’ any other article.
If you are writing gibberish, obviously it won’t be like any other article. If you are
writing sense, you run the risk of using facts which can be documented.
Facts which are documented are somewhere on the Internet and of course, your article
will contain them, and be ‘too like’ and declined until you email the staff at Triond, and if/
when they get around to reading your email then around to looking at your article….
sometimes it takes five days.
So avoid facts.
Go for pure fabrication, invention, the kind of garbage that, if you wrote for a
real site would get you a lawsuit.
There are certain days and times in which articles are almost immediately published.
You’ll have to find out day and time in your area.
As soon as you’ve figured that out, contact your zombies friends to lurk on the
home page where ‘new’ content is published.
Your zombies friends will click on your crap as soon as it appears.
If you’ve given your scribble a catchy title, you’ll rope in a few normal people,
and you can submit it to every share site to get even more glances.
You need the zombies to click on your crap as soon as it is published to get the
automated application on Triond to mark it as Hot.
Once it’s ‘Hot’, get more zombies friends to keep clicking it.
As the Community Forum on Triond is full of zombies who submit no article, only
joining Triond to troll, gain their favor. It is fairly easy as they only have one brain
among them.
Form them into your zombie army. They have no lives, nothing to do, so feel
important/useful when given a task.
Once you have them, every piece of garbage you submit will appear as Hot Content.

A tad cynical but there are few nudities so objectionable as the naked truth. People may hate you for saying this but this is pretty accurate.
Apart frm when my stuff gets on to the hot content. I’m the new Shakespeare, dontchaknow!

RJ; you have been here ‘forever’ and have a lot of useful friends. You stumble, you notify and those who’ve seen your stuff know that there’s going to be some very nice photos, interesting captions, and so we naturally click on it. Ruby Hawk posts useful articles and people know that it’s a good read, so they click on it. But outside of you two, the stuff is absolute trash. And I hope they do object, and I hope Triond bestirs itself, because it is becoming a laughing stock.
In the usual course of life, one can expect another site, very much like Triond but without the flaws to pop up.

Hot content is a mystery. Triond needs to be more serious about it.

Triond doesn’t give a rat’s ass for those who write on this site.
It is a money maker. The ads may bring in only a few cents, but considering how many members Triond has and the gross ‘clicks’
and the fact we don’t really know how many people view our work or what the actual payment per click is, why should they care?
That someone figured out how to play with the Hot Content application is more proof of Triond’s defect than of that of the Trolls.
Triond doesn’t respect us any more than the owner of a sweat shop respects their workers. We’re just a bunch of peasants pulled into some factory to make the owners rich.

Oh Mn, you know this will NEVER be Hot Content. It doesn’t matter how many hits it gets. Why are you being so coy?
You have a lock on that.
