There is a lot of happiness in crossing each milestone when writing for Triond. To feel it, get it by doing what you need to do. It is worth experiencing it!
I am writing this one article directly in the Triond article online editor. I don’t normally write directly in the editor. I write first in the backup documents. Then after editing I submit it to the online editor. But sometimes we do differently when we feel very happy!!
Today I am happy not for any other external reason. But because of Triond. I just crossed a significant enough of a milestone writing at Triond. Whatever a milestone might be for you, I was crossing the little ones awhile back. But today my earnings (without Google Adsense) crossed a significant milestone.
To tell the truth, I wouldn’t have gained any happiness out of this. This is because earnings rate at Triond has been falling down ever since I stopped writing in early 2007 and this is zeroing the efforts to increase the earnings (atleast reducing the net gains). Hence I had to reduce my expectations too.
What is surprising is that though I didn’t reduce the expectations too much, the results broke through the rooftop of my expectations. Hence I enjoy this time by listening to a cool song from recent Telugu movie “Darling” starring young rebel star Prabhas and cute actress Kajal Agarwal. I am sharing my happiness with you. Enjoy!!!!!

The milestone in question is crossing $5.00: Five dollars from quitting, more dollars to success.

Setting goals and crossing milestones is what life is really all about. It does not have to be about writing as the case is here, but through out life we need these to feel a sense of achievement

I guess the initial milestones are harder to cross. Once after the first one it may become easier. I guess it feels the same for everyone.

I haven’t even hit $1 a day with Triond alone! However, I have to say i’m around $1 a day including Triond with Google Adsense. 2 days ago, I actually hit nearly $3 in a day and that was suprising! Good luck with your success!

Few weeks after writing this article my earnings even hit $7 one day. But they fell down to $1 due to advertiser change, earnings glitch, geo distribution etc. Now I am working on diversifying audience to restore it back to and get to higher levels.
You are doing good. Keep it up.
