As you may be aware, Triond traffic was badly hit by the recent Google panda updates. Some writers left as they didn’t get reasonable traffic to their articles, some still continue writing on Triond hoping Triond will pick up traffic soon. Has Triond done anything to improve its Google traffic? Or it just expects some magic to happen automatically and get huge traffic from Google as it used to get a year ago. Please keep reading…..
Triond traffic drop after the Google panda updates: Every Triond writer would have experienced a huge drop in traffic after the Google panda updates. The reason for the traffic drop is that Triond has tons of articles that are against Google’s policies. I have been warning about this danger in my old articles but unfortunately Triond never liked to listen to me. Triond has a list of favorite writers, may be if they had written about this problem, Triond would have heard and taken the necessary action to recover from the traffic drop.

Does Triond really want to improve its traffic? Triond must be aware of the huge traffic drop after the Google panda updates. Every Triond writer’s earning has gone down. Some writers left Triond when their articles that were making a few dollars per month began to give them only a few pennies. Triond’s earning must have gone down too. My question is, did Triond really try hard to improve its traffic? Does it not bother anything about improving its ranking with Google? Does it not bother about Triond writers and their earnings?
The reasons for no signs of improvement in Triond traffic: What could be the reasons for no signs of improvement in Triond traffic? May be they knew the problems yet they didn’t know how to solve them. May be they were aware of the problems, yet they didn’t have much interest to solve them and hence the traffic drop continues. May be they have done something to improve its quality but it’s not enough.
Triond’s problems are serious: I think Triond is facing serious problems that it thinks, most of the Triond writers’s earnings dropped up to 75% over these six months. The worst thing is there is no sign for any improvement in its traffic. So where are we going? What is the future for Triond and its writers? Time only can tell. Only thing I can say is that Triond is acting enough. If this scenario continues, even if you have 1000 articles on Triond you will find it difficult to get 100 page views per day. How long Triond writers will be able to write for pennies? Triond must act now before it becomes too late to recover from the traffic drop.

Conclusion: Triond is facing serious problems after the Google panda updates. Traffic to Triond is dropping day by day. Triond writers are unable to generate reasonable income from their Triond articles. Triond must act now immediately, otherwise, future will be tougher for Triond and its writers. Triond will lose its page rank, Alexa rank and traffic in future unless something concrete is done at once. Wake up Triond, before you get into coma. Thanks for reading.

I agree. Triond earnings as well as views have dropped significantly.

All we can do is hope for the best… the good time’s coming!
September 11th, 2011 at 11:32 am
Agree – earnings and views down. We all need to help eachother and keep on commenting on our articles as I am seeing less outsider interest, which makes me wonder why.

To err is human Love Doctor, but we should work to rectify our mistakes.

I have been waiting for the good to happen for the last 3 to 4 months, Farzeela Fee Faisal. As you said, let us wait and hope for the best.

hi, Rosettaartist1, that’s because Triond lost Google traffic after the and updates.Triond published a lot of articles against Google’s policies.
September 11th, 2011 at 11:51 am
I think it’s going to take some time for the situation to improve. It didn’t decline over night, so, we can expect there to be a significant waiting period before things get better. Much like our economy.

It is really a concern though. As a writer, you want a site that offers a fair amount of traffic. With Hubpages, I get much more views. Great article and report.
September 11th, 2011 at 12:26 pm
hi, mphsglo, I am ready to wait for more time, but how many of us can afford to it?
September 11th, 2011 at 12:27 pm
you are right thelyricwriter, HubPages stick to Google’s terms and their traffic will improve in the coming days.
September 11th, 2011 at 12:36 pm
It will take a while before traffic starts rolling again. But for now, writers should write quality articles with proper keyword use, don’t you agree?
September 11th, 2011 at 12:49 pm
I can’t agree more Tiffany J L Alfonso.

As always.

Your warning is sound and clear. I hope someone is listening.

Thanks for this interesting info.
Maybe its time too checkout.
September 11th, 2011 at 6:45 pm
You are right – there are still no signs of any improvement…I don’t know if this recent flagging system should help out with the rankings after getting rid of some inappropriate articles, but still nothing happens…it will take time to get back to normal.
September 11th, 2011 at 8:17 pm
thanks for the warning………..very informative and well written…..thanks for sharing this cool info

Does Google put websites that the host pays Google to put it in the first ranks?
September 12th, 2011 at 5:57 am
i hope the traffic catches up fast. thanks for sharing

I agree with another commenter, it may take time – But regardless, I’m sure triond will always have a place, though maybe not as the primary online-income source.
September 12th, 2011 at 8:31 am
hi, neopisiva, Triond published too many articles that are against Google’s policies. we all are paying for it now.
They have removed only a few articles and I am sure they will publish such articles even now.
To err is human and but if you don’t learn from your mistakes, then you will never succeed.
September 12th, 2011 at 8:33 am
hi,Eunice Tan, there won’t be big difference whether you have a free blog or paid hosting blog. Quality and SEO are more important.
September 12th, 2011 at 8:35 am
hi, toomanysounds, I agree with you that Triond will have a place always, but there is a limit for everything. If Triond writers continue to get pennies, no body can help Triond’s fall.
September 12th, 2011 at 12:14 pm
count me in. I will give Triond some more time.
September 12th, 2011 at 12:41 pm
very good analysis. thanks for sharing.
September 12th, 2011 at 5:57 pm
They need to step up their SEO for the site.
September 12th, 2011 at 11:00 pm
yes, papaleng, I am also going to wait for some more time.
September 12th, 2011 at 11:03 pm
hi, SharifaMcFarlane, Triond has a page rank 5, and good Alexa rank too.If they stop publishing adult content, short articles, offensive articles, then its traffic would definitely increase. Triond publishes adult articles even after the huge traffic drop. It looks they have not learned anything from their mistakes.
September 12th, 2011 at 11:41 pm
useful article…
September 13th, 2011 at 1:53 pm
I’ve found that the way to solve the drop in views, is to write as many articles as you can per day! I’m writing 4-5 articles a day at the moment, and I’m seeing brilliant results! Hope this advice is helpful for others, and this was a very good article.
Triond needs to step up it’s game to stay strong in these times!
“When the going gets tough… The tough get going!” But is Triond going to be tough, or is it going to settle for less than it’s worth!?
September 13th, 2011 at 8:51 pm
Its best to set up our own self-hosted blog or use the free blogger blogspot instead if we want our articles to rank.
September 13th, 2011 at 10:15 pm
hi, DAN MCHARDY, nice to note you get huge page views when you write 5 articles every day.
But even our old articles should get good views. Today our page views are not satisfactory.
Triond is not doing anything to fix the problem. That is not good for the site.
September 13th, 2011 at 10:18 pm
You are right researchanalyst. It’s easier to get Google traffic when you write for already established site like Triond.
September 14th, 2011 at 8:48 am
I notice slight improvement since nearly all my readers come from Google. But the page views is still very low, as compared to the days before Google Panda update.
September 17th, 2011 at 11:42 pm
Ohh.. I still new here. I didn’t know abut that. If that’s the case hope they will able to improve the traffic from google as it is important.
December 10th, 2011 at 4:20 pm
I left because I found that Factoidz and even Helium were getting more traffic. I dropped off one article here last month and it earned hardly anything. Just not worthwhile anymore.
