Four Incredibly Good Niches for Online Writers (That Always Do Well)

Having difficulties finding a topic to write about? Here, this article might help.

When taking up online writing, or writing in general, the first thing that pops in a person’s head is: “What do I write about?” And they ask this is in a way that makes you wonder whether you asked them for the solution to the Goldbach conjecture problem.

All writers probably started this way. At first nobody really has a clue on what to write about. What we do everybody seems mundane enough that we think nobody will be interested in them.

As an aspiring online writer, these are four possible areas to get started, and take note, young one: these niches never get old.

Relationships

People are social beings. They like hanging around with other people, their dog, their cat, or whatever. They need to feel loved. They need to feel important. Write about these relationships. A romantic advice blog, for example, will drive people to your site by giving tips on how to woo the love of their lives. Look around you and you can already see people with problems with their special someone. This is proof that this area is rich in traffic.

Money

Almost everybody wants to be rich. No question about it. If you put up a blog about getting rich by selling rocks, everybody would be attracted and visit it. (But don’t do this, unless you can REALLY sell rocks for profit. That was just an example.)

Self-esteem

Listen, there are many people who appear happy on the outside but really, really depressed on the inside. They need help. Write websites that boosts people’s self-esteem. As a note, do this not for profit, but to genuinely help them. It will make you feel really good inside.

Health

People suffer many sicknesses nowadays, don’t they? Go ahead and write simple remedies to the most common ailments. Remember though, that the best advice is for them to go see a doctor. It’s always good to go to a professional to treat our bodies.
