Five Easy to Write Types of Articles

Writing articles is becoming one of the most popular hobbies today. It not only allows you to enjoy you writing, but also allows you to earn some extra money along the way. The question is what type of articles should I write about? Here are five types of articles that I feel anyone can write about.

1. How to articles: If you are an expert at anything, then this is a type for you. If you know how to cook different kinds of cake, write an article entitled how to cook delicious cake. If you are good at writing poems, simply write an article called how to write a good poem. These articles are effective because many people are searching for ways on the internet to do simple everyday tasks.

2. Instructional guides: This type of articles is very much like how to articles expect they are much more specific. You have to actually show people step by step about how to do things. These are useful expectually in games. You can help people play through a game with these types of articles. These are effective because many people are usually stuck on tasks that they need the internet for help for.

3. List articles: The article you are reading right now is a list article. These kind of articles list things and then explain a little about each thing. Let us say for example you know five really good songs, then write an article in titled five good songs or 5 songs you should listen to. Make the title interesting to attract more audience. These articles are effective because people always want to find new things.

4. Question articles: These articles have a question as a title and an answer for the body of the article. Think of a question that many people will ask. For example, a common question many people ask is “how is the sky blue?”. Put the title of your article as how is the sky blue or the truth about the sky. The more interesting the title will again attract more audience. If you cannot think of a question, go on Google and they in can you or is there and a bunch of popular questions will pop up.

5. Versus articles: These articles can also be called debate articles. These are articles that are debates for two things. For example, MySpace vs. Facebook is an excellent debate article to write because many people want to know which social networking site is better. Coke vs. Pepsi is another good article title. The only thing you have to watch out for is if the article actually is meaningful. What fruit tastes better, strawberry or grape would not be a great article because so few people care about the subject.
