Earn Money From Home by Posting Articles on Content Websites

Here are some of the websites that I recommend for writers who would like to earn money from home by posting articles on content websites.

Submitting articles to content websites has increasingly become a preferred method for professional and new writers alike to earn some extra income from home. I have ventured into writing articles for content websites in December 2009 and have earned a bit of extra money by experimenting with a few different websites. The following are some of the websites that I recommend for writers who would like to test this income opportunity.

Helium.com is a website that accepts all kinds of writers. It is a good website to start your online writing experience, although some criticize its complicated system I personally found its system to be quite fun.

You can make money at Helium. Its passive revenue income is not impressive but Helium is one of the few websites that provides writers with an upfront payment. To qualify for an upfront payment you need to have one writing star and to qualify for passive income you need to have one rating star. Both stars can be achieved soon enough. Writers can also qualify for a $1 bonus when submitting articles to empty titles which can really add up to your total income. Helium.com pays by PayPal to writers who have reached the payment threshold currently set at $25. Join Helium Now.

Xomba.com pays writers with Google Adsense and they share 50/50 of the revenue earned. To make money with Xomba a good knowledge of SEO helps but the benefits of Xomba include that writers can post articles of only 150 words. Xomba also allows writers to post bookmarks and thus the site can also be used promote your personal website or other articles posted on other websites while still earning revenue and creating free backlinks.

The good think about Xomba.com is that it accepts previously published articles on other websites. This means that you can make some extra income by posting your already published articles on other websites that do not demand exclusivity. Join Xomba Now.

Bukisa.com allows writers to publish informational articles of at least 250 words. The writers are paid by pageviews and the minimum payout threshold is currently at $10. Writers are payed through their PayPal account.

Like Xomba and Helium, Bukisa.com also accepts your articles that are published on other websites. In other words you can increase your income by posting your articles on all three websites to gain maximum revenue for your hard work. Join Bukisa Now.

Factoidz.com accepts articles not less than 400 words and they pay writers 50% of the revenue earned through the submitted articles. Writers can also include their Google Adsense account to increase their earnings on Factoidz.com.

Articles submitted to Factoidz.com have to be original and not submitted to other content websites. However, you can publish your Factoidz articles after three days that they have been approved and published by Factoidz. Join Factoidz Now.

I’ve been part with Bukisa and Xomba. I found them quite interesting also but I’m not as active as with Triond. It’s interesting to see that you didn’t include Triond in your list. :-)

Hi Sir Rob – Thanks for your comment. To be honest this is my first article on Triond so I felt there were far more peope who can comment on the site. I started with Helium.com and discovered Bukisa and Xomba as good sites to create dofollow backlinks for my blog.

I might include Triond when I submit some more articles to this site :)
