Writer’s worst fears! The enter button.
Writers, If you are like I am, you know how it is to begin a new writing piece. You are a sitting there staring into the blank page on your computer. You’ve begun to think about your topic and start to type. But, the more you type, the more you read, until you finally come to the conclusion and figure that you better start it all over again!
Don’t lie about it! You know that is the truth about your writing habit. Every writer has habits that they do and don’t do. But the truth is…you just have to do it. Write that is. Some you will throw away and some you will keep.
The ones that you decide to keep you must be sure you are o.k. with what you wrote. Once you press the enter button it’s a done deal. No changing it and no going back. That’s it! You are responsible for you write. If you don’t want it to haunt you later then don’t write it.
Don’t let the “enter” button become your enemy! Know what you are writing. Know that you can live with it.
