I listed my own observation why my articles on Triond has low page views.
Triond is a challenging experience and you must not quit if you want to be an inch away from success.
Yes indeed looking over those statistics in front of me, I’m close to being discouraged, my articles won’t even generate a good amount of page views to earn me money but that I’m not gonna make my success turn its back on me. While I might not be earning enough to supplement my vices just by writing on Triond, I’m willing to take great efforts to attain success. I came to perplexed that I’m spending most of my time in front of my computer staring unto my blinking cursor and yet I’m not earning even a bit. Why do I have to waste opportunity when I can turn them into a very motivating challenge instead. Who knows I might just be a famous writer in the future.
I am considering the following factors attributes my low page ranking, I’m hoping though that by identifying my liabilities then I’ll be able to find a working formula that might reverse my dilemma, here’s what I’m contemplating on
Poor Title
Perhaps I’ve been working a little less on my titles. I realized that most of my titles aren’t as catchy as I pictured them to be. I envisioned that a reader must be curious enough to actually follow a link and read its content but because my titles has a little to no stimulating words to it, prospective readers eluded it.
Writing style matters
I’m not a born writer in fact I’m nothing like my sister who has a very good writing skills. She’s been writing stories pretty well I must learn from her. Perhaps readers does not like how I write my articles. I’ve observe that my previous writing has a nervous tone in it, as the author I don’t like it much though. I’m thinking to fill my lack as I progress my writing skills. Though I don’t like my article to be styled as somebody’s style I’m going to try different approach until I find the right approach that still has a touch of my style to it.
Restricted contents cuts revenue
On my first attempt writing on Triond I put into mind that I’ll be writing only for a particular scope i.e poetry, literature, photoshops, how to’s or arts. I draw a line to what are those thing I could write and not write about forgetting that the mere reason that I wish to write is to share my own point of views to the world. Restrictions would only deprive my sense of style and information flow to reach its proximity. How could I expect to earn a good amount if I’m giving it less.
Interesting topics runs a long way
Am I spending a fair amount of research on interesting topics that my readers would possibly want to read? It is common that interesting topics earns most page views, clicks and comments. But how do I know if my topic is indeed interesting, does it has to be current or has it been forgotten that need some resurfacing or perhaps it has to be weird or trivial in some way? I have to work on this one pretty straightforward I mean if scooping news will do good why not be like a paparazzi and catch something the world does not know yet.
Linking the bases
Where’s my link? Link building and Link sharing is important in order to direct reader unto my page, but this one I’m missing. I haven’t fixed my blog yet, I know that it is one of the essentials if I wanted to have as much reader to read my Triond articles. I’m going to add Triond Widget once my personal blog has been properly addressed.
Expecting too much in a little time
Earning is a slow process especially if it being done online particularly if it needs time to achieve the goal. I’ve been struggling to improve my page views as simple as I click on the publish button but am I working on it as much as I’m expecting of it. I’m loading too much expectation without being into it whole heartedly and I’m sure it won’t hurt much if I turn my attention onto improving my articles rather than expecting my earning as fast as lightning to arrive.
My goal is to earn but apart from that I realized that in order to achieve my goal I have to see what is lacking in my current state. I don’t fear rejection because I know it has to be perceived in order to improve the lows and to increase what is touted as the limit. By writing this article I not only do myself a favor but also shared my own opinions to the world, who knows someone might just drop the opportunity out of lack of perseverance. I hope this article could help you in anyway.

Great post. You hit the nail on the head. It’s very important for every writer to explore any kind of topic to write. It will help to improve writing skill. Writing only to certain topics will limit not only page views but also your knowledge. I believe every writer has a specialty, but it doesn’t mean you have to write articles with monotonous topic.
I like the way you said “expecting too much in a little time”. It’s one of the most popular mistakes that newbies make. There’s no such thing as easy money, you have to earn it! And in order to earn in, you have to work hard.
Good stuff!
